Because the 540 Club is a D.I.Y. local bar that embodies all the things you want to do in your living room but can't. Yeah, sure, we've got all the usual stuff that a good bar should have - drink specials, bad-ass bartenders, DJs, darts, rotating art shows, the best jukebox in the city, award winning theme parties, comfy benches, a smoking patio - but it's the general feel of the place that gets you. Just about everybody who comes in becomes friends in a matter of hours. Everybody's got their say, and everybody's got a little piece of themselves invested in the place.
